When you feel like you’re ready to call One Church your home, The Steps are the place to begin. To make them easy, we named them after our core values: Connect, Grow, and Make a Difference.
We’re all about relationships here. We want to build one with you, we want you to build one with us, and most importantly, we want you to grow in your relationship with God! So each step is designed with that in mind.
At the end of the steps, you’ll have an opportunity to become an Official Partner of One Church.

The Steps

Connect lunch

Learn who we are and what we’re all about.

The Connect Lunch is a low key gathering that takes place on the fourth Sunday of the month.

It’s a great place to meet others that are just getting started at One Church, as well as meet our leadership team.

The purpose of the Connect Lunch is to give you a general overview of the church, talk about our mission and values, and mainly to get to know you! It’s our goal that you really get to know us as well, so please feel free to ask any questions.

Grow Night

Learn who God is and who He’s created you to be.

Grow Night happens three times a year on a Sunday evening. A meal and childcare are provided.

This evening is designed for new Christians as well as old timers. Our goal for the night is to get to know you and God a little deeper. You’ll take a personality evaluation, and we’ll cover a wide variety of topics: salvation and grace, identity in Christ, walking in freedom, and the Holy Spirit’s empowerment.

Make a Difference Dessert

Learn how to partner with God and His Church.

Make a Difference Dessert happens three times a year on the Sunday following Grow Night. Dessert and childcare are provided.

The goal of this night is to walk you through the importance of partnering with a local church. You’ll take a spiritual gifts test, we’ll walk you through the three areas of partnership with One Church, and then you’ll meet our leadership team and Board of Directors.

After that, if you decide to become an Official Partner, you’ll have a short interview with someone from our team. The main reason for this is so we can get to know you a little more and answer any additional questions you might have.
